This Privacy Policy describes how Select ClaudeSync ("the App") — a private, internal integration developed by Select Partners Inc. — handles data when connecting Select Partners' internal accounting and management systems with QuickBooks Online.
## 1. Who We Are

## 2. Scope
The App is a private, internal tool. It is not published, distributed, or made available to the public, and is not offered through any app marketplace. It is used exclusively by authorized personnel of Select Partners Inc. and its affiliated companies.
## 3. What Data the App Accesses
The App connects to QuickBooks Online (via Intuit's API) and to Select Partners' internal accounting system in order to:
- Read and synchronize invoices, vendor and customer master data, and settlement/deduction records
- Categorize bank and card transactions against the QuickBooks Online chart of accounts
Data accessed may include business contact information (names, email addresses, addresses), transaction and payment data, and accounting classifications. No special categories of personal data (e.g. health, biometric data) are processed.
## 4. How Data Is Used
Data is used solely for internal accounting and bookkeeping purposes within Select Partners Inc. It is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party outside of Select Partners Inc.'s internal operations, except where required by law or to fulfill accounting/tax obligations with authorized service providers (e.g. our tax advisor).
## 5. Data Storage and Security
Data processed by the App is stored on internally controlled systems and within QuickBooks Online (operated by Intuit Inc.). Access credentials (API tokens) are stored securely and are not shared outside of Select Partners Inc.
## 6. Data Retention
Data is retained in accordance with applicable statutory retention obligations (including tax and commercial record-keeping requirements) and is not kept longer than necessary for these purposes.
## 7. Your Rights
Individuals whose business contact data is processed by the App (e.g. client or vendor contacts) may contact us to request information about, correction of, or deletion of their data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
