End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of Select ClaudeSync ("the App"), a private, internal software integration developed by Select Partners Inc. for connecting Select Partners' internal accounting and management systems with QuickBooks Online.

## 1. Scope of Use

The App is developed solely for internal use by Select Partners Inc. and its affiliated companies. It is not distributed, licensed, or made available to any third party, and is not listed or offered through any public app marketplace.

 

## 2. Permitted Use

Only authorized personnel of Select Partners Inc. and its affiliates may access or operate the App. Use is limited to internal accounting synchronization and data categorization purposes.

## 3. Data Handling

The App accesses QuickBooks Online data solely to read, categorize, and synchronize accounting-related records (invoices, vendor/customer records, transaction categorization) on behalf of Select Partners Inc. No data accessed through the App is shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party outside of Select Partners Inc.'s internal operations.

## 4. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" for internal operational purposes, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

## 5. Termination

Select Partners Inc. may discontinue or modify the App, or revoke its access to QuickBooks Online, at any time at its sole discretion.
